My knobs were loose

I try to stay out of the customer’s pedal boxes. While technically, for a time, they may belong to me: I’m really just trying to find them good homes with musicians who love them. I prefer that they leave the shop unmolested. I’m sorry your knobs were loose. -Dave

Packaged arrived days late but did arrive in good condition.

Hi Darrien. I'm sorry that happened. Looking at your tracking 9420282159305510597204066860565 it seems that your package arrived at the Post Office at 12:37 the day you ordered it, yet they hung on to it for three days before shipping.
