Exceptional Customer Experience
I recently made a purchase of a pedal that turned out to not be quite what I was looking for. Dave from Sound Shoppe reached out to me shortly after the pedal was delivered. He assured me that he would happily take the pedal back within the allotted time if I wasn’t completely satisfied. He was very understanding and quick to respond to any communication.
