Good products
Ordered cotton panels to line the inside of my duct work and quiet down my HVAC system. Made a night and day difference.

had to call to follow up on order
Ordered my product on line - after 10 days of not getting a shipping notification called the company. They stated that one of the products was out of stock and just came in. He stated that I should have phoned my order in not use the website and he would have said it was out of stock. So it was my fault as a consumer to trust the website and not them to update me that the product was out of stock. Not good customer service.

Great firm, very responsive good value
Sound cow was very helpful in analyzing our needs and giving us the specs. Quick response to questions. The turnaround on the order could have been quicker but the fact that the panels are constructed to order not out of stock was important. The panels made the necessary difference we are pleased.

Unusable in an office- UPDATE
The product is great for sound absorption, but it doesn't look much like the photo. We planned on putting it up on our office walls, above cubicles, to reduce noise. The product is indeed made of recycled cotton fibers. as stated, but it contains bits of florescent and brightly colored threads, making it look like a shipping blanket. The photo on the online web shows a mottled gray. The product is definitely not acceptable for an office wall. The company was very responsive and we are working on a new solution.
