I'm a homeowner who has returned to Soundproof Cow a third time, purchasing from them each time I need soundproofing or sound reduction materials. Excellent products, first rate technical advice, webpages that are informative, and very fair prices for the quality of the products-- all bring me back.

Great products , great customer service . However giving only 3 stars , I advise to order early , one time they shipped to wrong address , 2nd time UPS mistake , at the end of a day 3-4delay on my jobsite makes me look bad with Clients . Just order week before u need stuff to be safe , PRODUCTS ARE AWESOME .

Installed this in place of my factory sound mats. Worked great. It is a noticeable difference between the factory mats. The three hour install and money paid was well worth it. Need to get some more for my other vehicle.

I installed the QUIET DOOR™ ADJUSTABLE PERIMETER SEAL and the QUIET DOOR™ AUTOMATIC DOOR SWEEP. The product works well, but the installation instructions for the door sweep are unacceptably poor. A YouTube video is needed for this. I'm very handy and pity those trying to install this that aren't. I'm still messing with the settings so I don't need to slam the door shut. But customer service seems good, so I'll ask for an exchange is the door sweep seems defective. I performed some tests using a sound level meter and some "pink noise" from the surround sound system in the next room. The solid core door has been "treated" with green glue and a 1/4" sheet of MDF. Here are the results: dB level by speaker = 85 dB dB inside room with door open = 70 dB dB inside room with door closed and cheap weather striping= 54 dB dB inside room with door closed and no seal = 56 dB dB inside room with door closed and SoundProofCow seal = 48dB

Shipping was prompt but overpriced. This was made more frustrating because specifications on website were incorrect it caused me to order too little product -- I had to place a second order. When I requested a discount on the second shipping due to the error the representative was unapologetic about the incorrect information and stated that I should have called to verify any information on the web before placing an order.

They are fantastic and fast

Ordering was easy. Package came in about a week which is good. However, shipping seemed very expensive for the size and lightweight item shipped. Shipping was more than twice what I would expect for this. Overall, good quality.
