Helped me select the right product

My only complaint is I had to pay $200.00 to return box that I ordered and didn't need...

Transaction was great, uneventful, and quick. Delivery was fast. The only issue I have is that one item i order was not available / backordered and I was never told about it until I received the order and notice the item was crossed off on the delivery invoice. I contact CS and was told the item takes 10 days to fabricate and it will automatically be deilvered then.

Had doubts when I ordered, but once installed, totally satisfied. Completely took noise away from shower in the next room.

Expeditious problem free delivery ... freight pricey. Not able to cut product product. Wife won't let me use product due to "unsightlyness" ... my fault.

Shipping was incredibly quick, even with standard shipping option chosen. Easy to handle and install. Definite improvement inside and outside of the room we installed it in.

I wanted to install soundproofing insulation between the 2nd floor tenet and my apartment. My contractor contacted Soundproof Cow and discussed what the situation called for and if they had a product that would work. He purchased the Quiet Batt 30 that from its description sounded like the exact product we needed to soundproof the ceiling...spent over $1000 for the product and shipping....final result...virtually nothing...a slight muffling, but that was it....certainly far from being soundproof. I called Soundproof Cow and talked to the sales manager. He essentially lectured me on all the variables that one encounters when needing to soundproof a ceiling...said that my contractor probably didn't ask the right questions (I wonder why the person who was advising him didn't ask the right questions so we could have gotten a correct order...if possible.) Asked if we had checked the decibel level before and after the product was installed....everything that he said, told me there was no reimbursement coming...so.....off to the BBB for false advertising. Don't use this business if you want a product that works on your ceilings...and someone who doesn't throw you under the bus if there's a problem and you can't return the product.

They are a very helpful company. Answered all my questions and the delivery was extremely fast... Great job!!! Only problem I had was in my shipping container I ordered 4 tubes of caulking that they inserted into the middle of the package... They got thrown around and the spout ends were damaged and the caulking came out of the base of the spout... They need to secure this so there is not any damage to it he spouts. Thanks, Mike B
