Insulation arrived promptly. Though, 2 boxes were completely opened and left outside in the rain with out any protection. Insulation is completely exposed in the box, with no moisture protection. Luckily caught it the shipment in time to avoid heavy downpour. Product looks great, and hoping to install later today. Thanks y'all. Please consider protecting contents of your boxes, as almost wasted 3 boxes worth of perfectly good insulation (though, I do appreciate having less waste).

Damaged product, crushed box. I ordered one sheet of RoadBlockR to see if it would work for my application. I have not been able to try it yet, as my ordered arrived in a huge box that was crushed on one side, with the single sheet very crumpled and crunched in the bottom I am trying to figure out how to smooth it out for what I want to use it on. Disappointed so far with its arrival. Not sure I want to try another order at the high shipping price and beating it might get on the way.

Good day Raquelle, We truly apologize that your one sheet of RoadBlockR was damaged in transit, we unfortunately have no control over how UPS handles our packages, nor can we control what UPS charges to ship a 9 lb, 24" x 48" sheet of material. We do offer claims assistance for our customers for when instances like this do happen. Unfortunately to much time has passed and since you did not contact us, a claim through UPS would not be an option. We may have some suggestions as to how you may be able to get the material smoothed out. Please call 1.866.765.9191 and ask for Brian. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you. Innovative Insulation, I.
We tried one gallon of the product for a small office bathroom and we have put 3 coats on the walls. It has truly deadened the sound in that space. Communication was great since product was not ready for shipment but in production but it is just a few days. Great updates via email. Once we finish using all the product it will be easier to give a more in depth review.

Product is good. My only complaint is what you charged us for shipping. The product came UPS ground and was almost as expensive as the product. I do a lot of online buying and for something that came in an envelope that maybe weighed 6lbs and cost me almost $50 from Chicago seems really out of line. I wouldn't have gone through with the order but we were pretty desperate for a product to soundproof some drain pipes before drywall went up. In the era of Amazon Prime and free shipping you might want to think through your strategy here.

Good day Cynthia, I apologize that you were not happy with your experience. There seems to be some confusion, we are located in Chambersburg , PA; we are not located in Chicago. It also appears as if you ordered 3 individual wraps as opposed to ordering one case of three, which all contributed to the higher than normal shipping rates, due to the single rolls being calculated individually. Unfortunately, we cannot control what UPS charges for shipping rates. Amazon does have the advantage of being able to charge membership fees to help keep shipping costs down, we do not have that luxury. In the future please feel free to call 1.800.5582058, one of our sales team members can try other shipping methods to help reduce costs, as indicated on our website. Thank you and have a wonderful day. The Soundproof Cow Team
