You have the unique product with MLV+PSA, and your staff has expertise in advising what works. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that your supply chain isn't great, I placed an order and it took quite some time for staff to tell me that what I ordered actually wasn't in stock. In addition, the sealant I ordered was delivered damaged in a box that was clearly too small to hold things so the points of the tubes was damaged.

Took quite a bit of time with me last year as I had many questions! Gave me sound advice and when we bought MLV this year it was such a quick and easy shipment. The product has done exactly what we needed!! SO glad I listened to their advice and not what other places had said. Will DEFINITELY be purchasing again for future projects.

Our company, unfortunately has no control over what UPS, a third party company charges for shipping. Quiet Batt® Soundproofing Insulation is very light, however, the boxes are oversized, which increases the shipping cost, there was no expedite rate charged, that was the flat ground rate UPS charged. We do not mark up shipping charges for online purchases, you received the direct rate from UPS. I will contact you via your personal email to offer a discount to help offset the fee charged by UPS.
