I talked with customer service Ryan Ingram. He gave me the very detailed help. He helped me to find right soundproof material for my problem and also calculated the size of the material needed. Once I order it, the shipping was also fast. I got the material in 2 days.

Well the product worked great but the cost of shipping was way over the top. It cost more than the price of the product.

The first batch of product they sent out had some defects and were not up to par. Sent them an email and some pictures, and they promptly replied and sent out replacement product. Excellent service and standing behind their products.

You list 1-3 business days for delivery. But then I order and it becomes 2-3 weeks. Good thing the owner isn't in a rush.
