Just another disgraceful company that lets you subscribe using their app, but DOES NOT let you cancel the subscription via the app nor the mobile version of their website. I DO NOT recommend subscribing to their services unless you like headaches...

Absolutely woeful. Today, I created an account, had the confirmation, clicked etc. and everything was set up. I listened to stuff for about an hour or so. After this, the website logged me out and I haven't been able to get in since. The site doesn't recognise my email address apparently, even though it was working before. I hate the 'no problem, you just need to clear the cache'. Well guess what, I've done that and nothing. I've also tried logging in on the app, on a different browser, the whole works. Of course, there's not REAL help just like there's no way to contact anyone. What a load of garbarge. How does this company continue to operate?

Soundcloud is great for finding niche tracks, especially remixes/bootlegs/house mix's. Offline mode is a God-send as I'm frequently in areas with little cellular connectivity. It's a really great idea. However it only merits 3 stars for a couple of reasons. Look forward to having one of your favorite tracks removed at any moment due to, what I assume, are copyright claims. I can imagine Soundcloud is only answering to the overlords in this regard, but at least some sort of warning for us user's that one of our favorite tracks is going to be gone forever (and as I've found out several times it's near impossible to find on any other service). Just some notification on the track, e.g. 'This track is undergoing a copyright claim'. I'm not the legal person but if this is possible I really hope it is implimented. Logging in to see awesome remixes just gone, never to be heard from again, is incredibly sad. There is an inability to create, or add songs, to playlist in Offline mode. Though you can delete songs and playlists while offline. This feature is probably very niche, but it's one that is close to my heart. I still pay for Soundcloud and enjoy it, but the fear of losing my favorite tracks grows each day. And I know one day those fears will become true, as they have before.

An update on my experience with soundcloud. They have contacted me claiming to care about my formal complaint and asked me to send screen shots and more information. So I sent them everything I could. And so I waited, and I waited. I sent another emailing to remind them. They ignored me again. Then about a week ago I tried to see my profiles which I cannot access but tried to view. They were all gone. Deleted without my consent. Can you believe this. The absolute disgrace of a company. I don't hate anything, but they have made it really hard for me to not hate what they stand for and what they are doing. They steal from artists (they owe me money, not even to mention the royalties they steal). This will catch up with them. But what really bothers me is that artists allow this. Wake up muso's! All these streaming platforms are exploiting and stealing from us. Have some self respect!

I gave one star because you have to give one. Been with Soundcloud for years. Now they have locked me out of my account. To add to this Google have deemed Soundcloud an unsafe site. So i am stuffed both ways. Soundcloud have many tracks of mine, my own music , and now I cannot control my profile or music on there. They make no way of contacting them. I cannot delete the account. Lucky I never paid for Premium. Advice, Think carefully before paying them anything.!!

Vraiment géniale, j’ai souscrits à l’abonnement pro illimité et je peux écouter toutes les musiques que je souhaite selon ceux qui sont disponibles. :)
