This was a follow up appointment for my feedback on my hearing devices. Kairey Martell was very helpful in listening to my concerns in reference to the different environments and She accomplished with me on the phone. The hearing aids did not fit me correctly, nor did I see a positive improvement with them in my ears. Noah McIntyre worked with Page and I to make them work. Today I cancelled my order. I am retired from 50+ years of executive management at Motorola, Bell South and Legal Document Services in capacities of Regional Sales Manager to Vice President to President of my own Company. Noah is and has been EXTREMELY patient and helpful checking in with us weekly to solve issues with the remote control for volume.
