When I received my hearing aids ???…
When I received my hearing aids I couldn't get them set right !? I went through and did everything that it said !! And still not right !! So I'm ready 2 send them back but SoundBright called and helped me set up my hearing aids for my hearing loss !! Now I love my CR-E10's from Sony !! Thank U SoundBright !!💯

Knowledgeable and caring.
Kairey was very patient with both myself and my mother. She listened to our thoughts and concerns and was able to address both with great knowledge of the hearing devices. Exceptional Service and Quality!
I'll be honest, I was completely lost when it came to dealing with my hearing loss. I tried another device a few years ago that was complicated and impossible to use, just not helpful at all. Then, I found Soundbright, and let me tell you, they've been a true lifesaver. Their hearing aids are simple to use and they work! What's even better is that their prices are downright reasonable. It's a relief to find something that doesn't break the bank but still does the job right, especially these days. If you’re looking for a solution, I highly recommend Soundbright. They have my trust and loyalty, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable solution.

Great quality hearing aids
I wasn’t so sure about the quality of the hearing aids, since they are at a lower price point compared to other hearing aid brands. But the hearing aids do a great job. I have them since a couple of months now and the sound quality is really great.

Love my new Sony OTC hearing aids!

Fast and friendly service
The hearing aids arrived faster than expected and I was able to get a real person on the phone to answer all my questions. I liked having a representative walk me through the different options and technologies. My hearing is improving already!
