I bought the hearing aids for a friend/neighbor who has a hearing problem. She was missing out on so much in her environment, her friends etc etc. It made her sad & that made her friends sad. I believe they are great very small and comfortable I can hear everything very clear I had them for 5 days before I had to charge them and it only took about 20 minutes very good customer service and the price is affordable I'm clad I took the step to try them out they are the best God bless you all

For an over the counter hearing device, they work very well, my ears ring extremely loud so i just needed a little help to hear people talking to me, nothing is perfect but for the price these work very well, Ive been wearing these hearing aids for almost a month now
