Hello D, Thank you for updating your review. We are happy to read that you are completely satisfied with our soundproof curtains, and hope that our new steel eyelets will meet your expectations! We remain at your disposal for any questions. Have a great week! Best regards, Sound Escape --- Previous answer (May 31 2024) : We were unable to identify you, and we apologize if this advice is not applicable in your case. However, please note that it is necessary to wait 7 to 10 days after the installation for them to regain their full effectiveness. This is because the curtains are compressed in their packaging during transportation and need time to fully expand once hung. If 10 days have passed and the effectiveness is still not as expected, please contact us. We would be very happy to find a solution to optimize noise reduction! Regarding the eyelets, we are currently working on a new metal version because we are aware of this problem and want to offer our customers the highest possible level of satisfaction. We would be happy to send you our new eyelets if you wish! Please contact us at [email protected] or call us with any questions. Best regards, Sound Escape
