Beautiful bracelet
My bracelet is a beautiful piece of jewellery that I will treasure forever of myself and my beautiful dog sasha. It's really good quality and the details on something small is amazing. It's a piece of jewellery that you could wear every day if you wanted to or just for special occasions. It's nicely presented in a box to keep it safe and secure. I really love the bracelet and it was easy to personalise on the website. They had loads of different pets you could choose from and different ways to customise the human to look like you.The instructions were clear and the end result is actually what you get but it's even more nicer in person.

Awful customer service post order
They lie about time to order to receipt. Everything customer service replies is a platitude based on nothing. The notices one gets from their chosen shipper are equally lacking any untility. There are plenty of these retailers out there, choose a different one unless you have no required timline. The stuff finally arrived and was too disguted to really see if it was nice or not.

Hi Paul, We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback. We understand how important delivery timelines are, especially when expectations aren’t met. Your comments have been noted, and we’re actively working with our shipping partners to improve tracking clarity and delivery communication. We regret that this experience affected how you felt when your order arrived, and we sincerely thank you for giving us a chance to improve. Best regards,
