Very good quality
I chose Eternal Paw - Personalized Pets Handcrafted Necklace the rose gold version, engraved with my sweet dogs Bailey and Roxy. It’s a very lovely necklace to wear and truly great quality. The shipping took a bit longer because we’re from the Netherlands, but it was only about 1.5 weeks.

I recently received a custom necklace and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is beautiful, the details are very well made, and you can truly see the care that went into creating it. It feels very personal and meaningful to me, especially because I included a special name on it. The whole experience was smooth and everything arrived as expected. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a thoughtful and personalized piece of jewelry.

The jewelry is beautiful
The jewelry is beautiful, and customer service was good, but the necklace did come from China, which was disappointing. The website says they’re based out of Colorado, so I assumed that was where the necklace would also come from, as it is not stated anywhere on the website that the jewelry will ship from China. It is an absolutely beautiful necklace though.

Hi Mariah, Thank you for your honest feedback and kind words about the necklace and our customer service 🤍 We’re so happy to hear you love your piece. We truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts regarding shipping. We understand how that could be surprising, and your feedback is very valuable to us as we continue working to improve transparency and communication on our website. Thank you again for your support — it means so much to us! ✨ Best regards,
