Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. The wig I ordered was supposed to be mingle gray. It looks almost black. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks. When I got out I tried to return it and was told no return after 15 days. They didn't offer me anything. I just threw away $90.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. They informed me of the incorrect address right away, and able to check to let me know if all was good to go. Product was just as I expected.

Gray human hair wigs
The wigs I ordered were beautiful, and fit perfectly. It is so hard to find a quality gray Human hair wig, but I was able to find and buy 3 different looks on the Soul Lady sight, and it only took 5 days to receive them. I am more than satisfied.

The worse wig that I have ever purchased
The wig was supposed to be salt and pepper. The wig has blonde at the front, and it is not a good wig for the price that I paid. I would not wear it if it was free. It is a brownish black wig with blonde in the front. I am not satisfied with the wig at all, and I will return and never order from Soul Lady again.
