If I could give it a zero
If I could give it a zero, I would. I spent $130.93 USD and I didn't get what I paid for. The wig look like it's been previously worn and was just resold. I'm trying to return the wig and get my money back with them waiting to give me a partial refund while giving me a $10 USD refund if I keep the wig which is ridiculous! Trying to call the phone number gets you no where since nobody answers! This place is a joke and I just want my money back!

Good quality wig
Good quality wig. I like the style. If I were to change anything on the wig, it would be a darker shade of gray on top for me. I am wearing it and enjoying.

I ordered a custom size and it fit very…
I ordered a custom size and it fit very well. The wig is soft and bouncy. But most important to me is that the unit is not too thick. I'm an older woman and I want a wig whose density is not that of a 20 year old girl. It was the right amount of density and believable. I will order another salt and pepper wig once you come out with one that is "perm straight" and not too thick. The ones I've seen on the site and on YouTube are too thick for blending my texture of fine 3c/4b hair.

i have not received my order yet
i have not received my order yet. you got the wig returned for an exchange but i haven,t received it. What is the problem? also you got your money. I am goin to contact the fraud dept. of Capitol 1 and my bank if I don't get my wig soon.

A Perfect Fit!
I received my wig quicker than I expected and I was so excited to try her on right away. I absolutely LOVE her! It looks and feels like my real hair. So soft and bouncy! Great quality structure and fits my head perfectly. I am 61 and have embraced my age and my greying hair but I wanted a variety in styles and lengths because my hair is very short. I started my grey wig journey last year and found the styles were limited and outdated. There were very few wigs that were flattering, they actually "aged" me, and I can't have that. So while scrolling Facebook I came across your ad. I was blown away by the beautiful grey wigs and especially the variety of styles. I almost thought it was a scam site because I was misled by a site on FB a while ago and that made me sceptical at first. I read the great reviews and decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I DID! I received so many compliments yesterday on how beautiful "my hair" is. I look and feel FABULOUS! I will be buying additional units from Soul Lady Wigs from now on and telling all my "soul ladies" to check you out. Thank you!

Buyer Beware!!!
If there was "minus" Star I would have selected it. Advertised one wig but sent another. Then charged me $20 for the return. Not what their refund policy states.

Great custom wig/great customer service
My mostly pepper bob wig was customized with just enough “salt” for me! Customer service was very accommodating. The wig arrived quickly and I absolutely love it! Exactly what I asked for.
