Hi David! Thanks for your feedback! It's not a common issue that we've heard. If the insoles are getting less sticky to the shoes, they might simply need to be cleaned. You can wash them with warm water and scrub all the dirt off - make sure the shoes are free of dirt as well. If somehow the insoles got covered with anything oily, then you can use a degreaser type dish soap. Do not use hand soap as many hand soaps have lotion in them which can cover the adhesive on the insoles, rendering them less sticky. Please reach out if we can be of any assistance. We are glad that the insoles work for you in some shoes and we hope that you find that you enjoy them in other shoes as well after finding the proper placement. If they're feeling like too much support, it could be that the shoes have some existing support - we have a thinner version for these types of shoes called the Shoe Bubble Pro-lite: https://soulinsole.com/products/shoe-bubble-pro-lite-orthotic-washable-re-usable. Here is a video on placement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_kfAzHKlUM. For storing them, it's best to stick them to a piece of fabric, wax paper or even printer paper can work. Sticking them with the two sticky sides together can be very challenging to pull apart and can sometimes damage the adhesive part of the insoles. Hi Kris! Thanks for your review and we're glad you enjoy our insoles. We sincerely apologize for the confusion with pricing. We are located in the US, so pricing is in US Dollars - the credit cards do the conversion on the backend to the local currency. Many credit cards do not charge an exchange rate fee, some do, it can depend on your credit card company. Again we apologize if this was not clear for you and we will look into seeing how to make this more transparent for others in the future.

Hi Johanna, thank you for your honest feedback. The insoles are labeled right or left with an "L" on the left and "R" on the right inside of a little foot shape in the corner of the insoles.
