I had insoles done for me by a professional, but they raised the way my foot fit into shoes and sometimes that just didn't work. So these just provide the arch support I need without that added layer under the whole sole! It works extremely well, and is comfortable. (I had also tried partial insoles before but they tended to have edges that caused abrasion so didn't work). Highly recommend trying these.

I really like them, they’re staying in place and are very comfortable. I didn’t have to adjust to them, I have a really high arch so I barely noticed that they were in my shoes. I have Planter Fasciitis and I noticed quite an improvement with wearing them. Not 100% but close enough that my feet aren’t painful after walking around. I’m really pleased that I got them, so much so that I bought their other foot products as well.

I have tried many shoe inserts. So it was with skepticism that I tried these. I may not have even ordered, except they were offering a two for one deal. Therefore I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. They exceeded my expectations. It took a little bit to get the placement in my shoes just right. But once I did, the results were amazing. I have experienced a significant reduction in the amount of pain I experience. Both in my feet, my back and my hips. I will be ordering more. The slim ones work much better in my shoes that have a shallow instep, but I have had success with both styles. I highly recommend these, even if you have tried other (maybe more expensive) products. Soul Insole contacted me after I received a defective product, and were very helpful in issuing me a new pair. The new ones I received are excellent and as good as the ones I bought previously. Customer service was brilliant too

About 5 years I came down w plantar faciliatis and I tried everything except for the $400.00 shoe inserts. I saw a Facebook post from soul n sole and I purchased 3 pairs then 2 more and more... almost immediately I had relief from foot & arch pain. You saved my soul! I recently ordered 3 pairs the lesser model and I wear them in my dress flats! Thank you for a good, low cost insole!

These arch supports have really helped my posture and lessened my chronic back pain. I am 76, have osteoarthritis and 2joint replacements. If I wear shoes,forgetting the arch supports I feel out of alignment immediately. I used to think I just had to deal with my “flat feet” but will never say that again. I worked up to using the inserts slowly to give my knees and back time to adjust. After 2 weeks I felt adjusted. So simple and easy! Thank you!!

I've tried multiple prescription orthotics over the years, and was unable to wear any of them - too hard and generally uncomfortable. If you can't wear them, you can't get any benefit. After suffering for months with Plantar Fasciitis, a heel spur and Achilles Tendonitis, and finding nothing OTC that gave me relief or was comfortable to wear, I began searching the internet. That's when I found the Soul Insole website. I could tell by the reviews, photos of the material and the descriptions that this was what I was looking for - both support and comfort. Using the arch supports and the heel cushions have been a blessing, and I can finally relieve much of my pain when walking. Great products. They arrived in a short period of time, which was also appreciated.
