service is great. product very good. My experience showed the heel supports compress somewhat, but I pretty much expected that. My shoes still fit, the layering aspect of the product allows one to build a better fit, and they are so comfortable i forget i have them. Much less expensive than permanently altering all my shoes, I'm glad I gave Sole Insole a shot!

They are made of a gel material that should not compress over time - it is possible that the body is adjusting to the feeling and it might be time to add one more 1/8th inch layer? The right foot is great. I'm having trouble in putting the "soul" in the proper place for my left foot. It doesn't matter where I place it, it feels uncomfortable.

If you are possibly on the smaller end of the size range, if your shoes may have some existing support, or if your arches are lower and more sensitive to support, it is likely that you will prefer to choose 1 size smaller or our thinner version (The Shoe Bubble Pro-Lite). Work great and comfortable. Thing is on a farm I tend to give dirt in my shoes and they slip around. After washing the adhesive returns pretty well. Overall I'm pleased and ordered more.

Hi John! Glad to hear our insoles are feeling comfortable for you. Sorry to hear they're sliding around and yes, it is likely due to the dirt in the shoes. If the shoes have any dirt or shoe powder in them - this will cover the adhesive, making it not sticky anymore until washed again. So, it's important to make sure the shoes are clean of dirt and shoe powder before sticking the insoles down. There are of course a few types of synthetic materials that our insoles just don't stick as well to. An option for these shoes is to place our insoles underneath the liner in the shoe (if the liner is removable and not fully glued in). Another option is to use double sided tape in these situations. Double sided tape makes for a semi-permanent solution to adhering the insoles to a specific pair of shoes vs. the washable/movable adhesive. These insoles are really comfortable. Better than the $100 insoles my podiatrist made me buy. I'm not giving a 5 star because I still do have foot pain, but it's only been a couple weeks using them. I'll update my review later if the foot pain decreases. Overall, I would say they are worth the price already.

Glad to hear that our insoles are feeling good for you so far and we hope you heal up all the way as soon as possible. Foot pain can take time to heal and each person and situation is different. Depending on what's going on, here are some ideas that can help a wide array of foot ailments: combination of the right shoes with the right supports, doing foot exercises, massaging out scar tissue, and other things like Epsom salt baths, resting and staying off the feet for a period of time, vitamins like magnesium, turmeric, collagen etc. Here are some exercises that help to strengthen your feet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r14hGOiFyC0 Some excellent walking shoes that we recommend are Brooks Addiction Walker and The New Balance Fresh Foam and for sandals, Oofos. I live near the Disney parks and we go there regularly. Usually, by the time we get from the parking lot to the park, my feet and hips are already aching but not this time!! I just spent two full days in the parks with visiting friends and the Soul Insoles truly saved me! I couldn't believe it! We spent 10+ hours in the parks each day and I felt great!! These insoles are amazing!! (the only reason I gave 4 stars is because I still can't figure out how to stick them into my shoes)

After scrubbing them clean with water, set them out to dry and the adhesive renews. If they weren't sticky to begin with, then you may have a defective pair and we can return them. There are some materials that the adhesive just doesn't adhere as strongly to, if this is the issue, then double sided tape can be used and we are happy to send you some. Please reach out!
