Soul Insole is an excellent product. I have a high arch and am prone to plantar fasciitis . I use these in my tennis shoes and sneakers to keep my heels from pounding down and causing tears in the muscles of the foot. I put a pair in every shoe. They stay put due to a sticky side and are easily moved to where it feels best for the foot. I think this is a fantastic product.
