Although I returned the item ... I purchased the product. There was a size issue. The company sent me a different size (w/out first asking me to return the incorrect size, which was selected by me) which I tried and decided I did not want to use their product at all. I contacted them regarding a return and refund. Without any hesitation, they clearly stated they would issue a refund and where to return both pairs of 'souls' - Then they said, if I provide them with a taking # for the return shipment, they would issue a refund before the product was back in their hands. That impressed me big time. I found them very hones, very communicative with me and I feel this product will work for the majority of people seeking this kind of item. So while I did not ultimately keep their product, I was totally satisfied with the manner in which they conducted business with me.
