While all the products I tried did not work out for me, the owner and all her staff provided the most humane and caring customer service I have encountered in recent times. They responded to my issues and gave useful advice until I achieved success or not. THIS COMPANY HAS A LOT OF SOUL in their insoles!

These are everything they say they are, removable, washable and they have helped keep my feet relatively pain free. I use them hiking, dancing in Zumba classes and my feet are much happier. I now own 4 pair. So glad I tried them! And excellent customer service!

These are the only insoles I found that work on my Luna sandals, or other sandals & flip flops. They stick in place, are comfortable and provide good arch support. This helps prevent my recurrent plantar fasciitis from acting up while letting me wear minimalist sandals. An excellent product.

I received my Soul Insole inserts this afternoon, put them in my shoes, felt immediate relief and can walk without limping from my Achilles’ tendon problem. I have been suffering with that for a good year! I still have some pain, not like it was, but what do you expect for wearing them for 1/2 day!?!
