Hi Mr. Rice! Sorry to hear that the newer pair is not feeling as effective. This is not something we've heard before, so we are wondering if you could further explain what you mean? Do they not feel as sticky/adhesive? Do they not feel as thick? Sometimes our feet can change and we may need more or less support also depending on the shoes we place them into. Have you changed your shoes? Please send us an email with more information so that we can get to the bottom of this and make sure to help you find the right solution for your needs. We are based in California, so shipping internationally to Canada can take an extended time due to the distance and customs. We do appreciate your patience and are happy to hear you enjoy our products. I would like to also suggest if you purchase our products from Amazon you can get quicker shipping to Canada. Hi Barbara! Are you saying that you only received 1/2 of the pair (only a left or right side?) Or are you saying that you received a full pair with both the left and the right? I looked up your order - you ordered 1 pair of Shoe Bubble insoles so you should have both the left and right side.
