Each size of our insoles gets progressively longer, wider and thicker - so if more support is needed, it may be a matter of getting a larger size. Great concept and I did find relief…
Great concept and I did find relief when the insoles stayed in place, but they move around, even after being refreshed by washing them.
It's also difficult to read the L &R on the insoles.
A little too pricey. Two sets for that price, perhaps?

Hi Charmaine! Thanks for giving our insoles a try and we are sorry to hear that the insoles are sliding around for you - We are wondering if somehow you got a defective pair. When you first received them did they feel really sticky to the touch or not? If not, they may be defective. If they were originally sticky, but now they're not, it might be a matter of washing them in a different way. Some dirt gets really stuck in there, so it's best to use warm water, and really scrub the dirt off with your fingers and set them out to dry - the adhesive regenerates. If they feel sticky to the touch after washing, but do not stay in place in your shoes, it could be something else - If the shoes have any dirt or shoe powder in them - this will cover the adhesive, making it not sticky anymore until washed again. So, it's important to make sure the shoes are clean of dirt and shoe powder before sticking the insoles down. There are of course a few types of synthetic materials that our insoles just don't stick as well to. An option for these shoes is to place our insoles underneath the liner in the shoe (if the liner is removable and not fully glued in). Another option is double sided tape for a more permanent adhesion. Let us know if you'd like us to send you some tape. If you think the pair is defective, we are happy to send a replacement.
