great customer service. alot of emails but its with helpful information so i didnt mind. the dress came in 3-4 weeks as they advertised when i purchased it. the quality is good. unfortunately i had to return my item because it wasnt flattering on me. the return process was painless.

The Durban looked very pretty online.. Once I received it , It wasn't clear how to wear it. I wish it came with some type of guidance. Otherwise, my overall purchase was ok.

So, I knew this was gonna take a while to get to me, but I didn’t think it would take this long. I ordered a month in advance for a girls trip and some items came in and a couple didn’t make it in time. I wasn’t impressed with the quality of a couple of my pieces and now I’m seeing the price increase and due to the length of delivery I won’t be reordering.
