Massage was scheduled for 7.30pm. She informed us at 7.28pm that she would only come at 8.15/30..only to arrive at 9.05pm. She spoiled what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my wife!

I travel extensively and work very long days so having the option for a late night massage is amazing. I've had some of my best massages through the Soothe ap. The ease of use, the professionalism of the therapist, and service are worth every penny spent.

The last couple of times the therapist didn’t show up and tried to charge me. Thanks goodness the company is reputable and refunded my money but they need to vet their therapist better. I travel everywhere and usually tip in cash.
