More then once i had a therapist not show up or show up so late that i couldnt get my massage

I booked a couples massage. Both masseuses were great! My girl wants to book her same therapist but can't search for him since massage was booked on my app. Wish there was a way to search for a therapist.

Great therapist. But when I tried to rebook w the same therapist they let me select a time that wasn't available according to the therapist's schedule. They had to call me to cancel. Why does the app let me pick a time the therapist isn't available? Happened 3 times and I haven't been back.

I am a huge fan of Soothe. Only once, when a therapist I requested was unavailable, I received a less than wonderful massage. Most therapists will adjust pressure, etc. when requested to do so but this particular therapist had only one pressure and I'd classify it as the pressure to turn coal into a diamond. Other than her, I've had WONDERFUL experiences. I've always felt safe and comfortable letting Soothe therapists into my home. I did not give her a poor rating because I know there are people who WANT a VERY deep tissue massage. She'd make those people extremely happy!
