I had a really great experience. I called at 11:15 in the morning and at 12:05 a knock came to my door. Concepcion Sosa came in, set up and I was on the table at 12:15. No "quilt talks" about single mom, kids etc. The gratuity was included and that made it all the more relaxing. At exactly 1:15 she finished and was out the door within 10 minutes. It was worth the price but unfortunately I can't afford to do it much. Would love to be notified if anyone accepted the offer attached to my name for the discount.

Soothe is seamless.

I would not recommend this service unless you have low expectations. We signed up for a couples massage in the evening. Our first therapist was very professional & arrived promptly. The other therapist didn't show up for 15 minutes. I finally got ahold of her, after sitting on hold for 10 minutes. She was running late and staid she would be there in another 15 minutes. In total, she was over an hour late. Ours first therapist waited, but how awkward for him & a total waste of his time. The company offered a very small discount on the service but did not comp the first therapist for his time. So, we had to give him a large tip for his time. What a waste of time & money. Unfortunately, you run the small risk for something like this happening in a small company with many employees.

I was really looking forward to my in-home 2 hour massage. The first hour and a half was good. In the last half hour, the massage therapist was dozing off and tried to play it off that she was not. Since this experience, I've been leery about using Soothe's services again. Had management contacted me about my initial review about this situation and apologized or offered me a refund or something, I might be more open to using Soothe again--but they never did.

I surprised my SO with a couples massage after only learning about Soothe a few hours beforehand. Afterward we both felt wonderful. The process was a breeze, straightforward and fast. Our therapists were professional and a delight. We felt as though we might as well be god and goddess afterward. Would recommend to anyone.

We have used soothe a couple times now and have had positive experiences. Our first time was perfect for our hookie day from work, so we booked another for next time. Unfortunately, my wife received more of a sports message than deep tissue. However I basically feel asleep during my message, which I hear is a good thing lol. We will definitely use the service again.

Solid massages. Excellent service.

I love my masseuse and the service that he provides. However the app needs a lot of work. I can't select a masseuse. That's annoying. Half the time it doesn't work when I open it anyway.
