I have two main points: 1. Great message, but I make $43,000 and the message is too expensive. For scalability you need to make it affordable to a middle class income. Like tesla did. You need to find the price point that works for everyone. Maybe you shave off 15 mins what ever it is, if you want to scale like crazy find that price point. That being said I might just not be your targeted market :(. 2. The tip is awkward. It's like uber and taxis. Please make it apart of the app, so you don't have to awkwardly shake hands with your masseuse. Just like uber took away the awkward in person tips. Feel free to follow up with me if you would like. Pricing is competitive, convenience unmatched, app is intuitive to use, the two therpists my husband and I have used were fabulous. Love that here's no awkward tipping- it's all included which is easy. We are so glad we love soothe.
