Great therapists, great customer service. Glitch in app/client profile.
I've had very good experiences with all the therapists and customer service. I will definitely us Soothe again. My only complaint is that there are directions from a couple of years ago instructing the therapist where to park. That was while I was traveling and at a hotel and I can't remove it. It's confusing for the therapists when they are trying to get to me.

I love it
I have fibromyalgia and this service changed my life around. Driving to a therapist would become a painful chore and then driving home was even more stressful. Thanks to soothe, I can heal/get relief from the comfort of my own home. I also love the monthly membership.

Great massage; app issues
Great massage; that’s a 5-star. But, I was supposedly rescheduling with a prior therapist and that didn’t happen. Give the app 2 stars.

Katherine was great! Professional, timely, and customized the massage to my needs. The Soothe app allows me to book massages on the go, with my busy life!
