Worst customer service ever

Always a pleasure doing business with the therapist she was wonderful my girlfriend said

Just terrible. I was charged on my credit card with Bank of America on 12/31 for $102.40 and when emailing the support team - NO one can find the transaction. However, when contacting my bank, they assure me that the transaction came from Smoothe. I've even sent screen shot of the charge.

Failing company. Unprofitable and it shows through the way they treat their employees. You want proof? You want me to take down the review because there’s not enough information? Let me elaborate... The massages I book keep getting rescheduled or cancelled. Why schedule something and cancel last second? How can I plan out a night when there’s a more than 75% chance it’ll be rescheduled, cancelled or moved around? And I can’t even put the blame on the therapists. They’re not getting paid enough to care. Also, their customer service takes much too long to respond.

There are enough options; if you are patient this is a worthwhile avenue. Be clear on what you are looking for but don't be surprised if there are some disappointments,
