We thought Lisa was very kind and friendly and she did an amazing job. Many of us had chair massages in the past, but we did not remember feeling so relaxed and well treated in the past from a chair massage. She came to our office and really helped improve the moral and stress of all of our staff.

Fantastic experience and very relaxing!

Horrible. Massage therapist was over an hour late for the appointment. Was unapologetic and defensive. Her clothes and equipment were noticeably very dirty. Her sheets were Micky Mouse children’s bedding. She smelled horribly of cigarettes. Her massage was aggressive and she kept taking stress breathes and cracking her jaw as if she was clearly agitated. It was suppose to be a 2 hour massage. I was probably on that table for less than 90 minutes. Worst message experience I have ever had. I wish there were zero or negative stars.

I’ve used the platform quite a bit. Unfortunately, the customer experience has become increasingly frustrating. They recently started adding a $5 fee that wasn’t previously charged, which feels like nickel-and-diming on top of the existing costs. My bigger issue, though, is the lack of transparency and the amount of effort it takes to correct problems. There have been issues with extending appointments, app glitches, and pricing being incorrect or changing in ways that aren’t clearly communicated. More than once, I’ve had to contact customer service to get charges corrected or have someone explain what happened. It becomes exhausting when you repeatedly have to chase them down to fix things that shouldn’t have been problems in the first place. I still think Soothe is a good concept, and I like the convenience of the platform. But the constant little fees, glitches, pricing issues, and lack of transparency have really taken away from the experience. It feels like the company is becoming more focused on squeezing additional money out of customers than making the platform seamless and trustworthy.

Soothe saved my soul! I was in Chicago helping my daughter move. I was in much need of a massage. Marco was an amazing therapist. I have to do face-up massage only and he was very accommodating. I highly recommend Marco and Soothe.

Carolina was excellent! She was professional and got worked out all of my problem spots.
