North Platte NE - no advertised special - no cake batter shakes, no onion rings and 3 days later no help. I pulled up and pressed button to make order and after waiting what seemed like 3-5 minutes the speaker blasted at me no orders except for drive thru! There were 7-10 cars in the stalls getting same treatment! I won't be coming back.

ordered our order on app, used a gift card and bank card to pay, when we arrived employee comes out and says we have no onion rings and will not have any today, what do you want instead we said we do not want anything instead, what a mess they had to figure out how to change our order for how we were to pay, finally they figured it out and brought us cash

I went to this Sonic for the first time since I moved back to Alice, I pulled up there were only five cars I looked over the menu and pressed the red button to place my order..... button blinked for a few minutes and then stopped,....nobody took my order, so I pressed the button again.....same thing...now I've been sitting trying to place an order for about ten minutes.....not impressed, they should just send the car hops out like in the old days......I pulled away n went to stars where I was served promptly....thanks Sonic's for a great experience.

worst drive in ive been to. I love sonic but this certain drive thru (1718 S. Main St, Roswell NM) seems to have a knack for getting my orders wrong. I order some food and they manage to screw it up royally i thought it was supposed to be a fast food restaurant not a circus show

I stopped in today at the new Sonic in Opelika (Fox Run Pkwy). The person taking the order via drive through was so patient and was very helpful in making sure that my special and modified sandwiches were what I wanted. When I pulled up to pay for my food and complimented the young man on his superior customer services he told me it was actually the assistant manager, Marcus, who took my order. Both of the young men were awesome!...the food was for other people. They raved about how good the food was too! The service was fast as well. With so much negativity going around during this pandemic it was good to experience Excellent Customer Services!! Definitely, will be going back there.

Visited the Rodney Parham location, Little Rock, AR. We like happy hour. Purchase a few items. Everything was fine except our Rt 44 Cherry Limeade was bitter. We even tipped the carhop $1 for the 3 items we got.

Cold food, old cold fries, and warm vanilla shake...if that’s what you like, then visit the Sonic off 35 at the boarder of Oklahoma near WINSTAR. Sent back warm shake and received another warm shake! What a crappy place!! Should have known from the first time I visited and wish i had remembered! Never again!!! Stay clear of this place!!

I have stopped at three different locations in the last month in the Olathe and Overland Park Kansas area. I have been sick within a few hours of eating each time. The first time I had a corn dog. Next it was a chili cheese Coney, and then the last time, it was just an order of tater tots. I don't know what you are doing with your food preparation, but it's not good. Makes me leery of ever eating anything there again. Stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea are not what I should experience after eating. You've lost my business.
