Food is decent, but the part that gets me is in the name. “Drive-in” more like drive through. Everytime I have went to our local location in Opelika they have told us to go through the drive through. When I do online ordering it takes 15 minutes minimum.

I went to the Tontitown AR Sonic. Craving chicken tenders but the local restaurant didn't answer their phone so SONIC it was. It was 10/8, Thursday, about 1pm. They weren't busy. The 3 other cars that pulled in after me got drinks. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal. Didn't mind waiting for my order because it was being made fresh. The tenders were Dry and HARD...somebody forgot they were in the fryer. Might want to get a different cook. On the upside the fries were great. I left a 2 star instead of a 1 because the girl working the window was very nice and friendly.

October 3,2026 approx 2:00/2:15 pm went to sonic in Darlington.Placed my order Got home and removed my order from the bag and to my surprise when did sonic start serving candy wrappers. This just left a disgusting taste in my mouth by seeing it in the bag.

Why wont they give these employees new headsets! Everytime I come hear they cant hear me. The last time the worker had to walk out and take my order. I asked her why they dont get it fixed she said they've requested it but it was denied. How are people supposed to work like that?!?!

I ordered a combo with a burger tots and a shake I waited over an hour. Everything came out cold and my shake was melted. It was not busy at all so keep that in mind. My mom ordered just a simple cheeseburger with bacon on it. She got the bread and the meat patty with no bacon and no cheese and hers was also cold. When I unwrapped my burger to start eating it tasted and smelled like what an indoor swimming pool smells like.

I recently received a email saying I could have a milkshake or corn dog for my birthday and they told me at sonic I couldn't have it cause I didn't qualify for it I have got this offer every year for years now and now they send it and tell me I can't have it I think that is pretty lowsy service they told me I had to have a account at least 7 Days before my birthday and I have had a account for 10 years or longer I don't think I will be giving them my business any longer that is no way to do you when you have had a account there for so long and then if I didn't qualify for it why did I get it all of these years and then why did they send a email for me to get it this year

Tried the $7deal meal why ask to customize when they dont both burgershad cheese and wanted on only one No pickles on both and had pickles on both tots were extremely salty and everything was cold..also even mixed up on the drinks!° what a horrible experience..left us both still hungry

I love the concept of Sonic and their drinks menu is unmatched, but the actual execution at my local branch has gone completely downhill. It’s supposed to be fast food, but I routinely end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the stall just for a couple of drinks and a side of tots. To make matters worse, the order accuracy is incredibly hit-or-miss. More than half the time, if I ask for no tomatoes or request a specific sauce, it gets ignored. Last week, I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade and got a plain diet cola instead.
