I drove to the Sonic located at 3300 W Market St Johnson City, Tn. I ordered a medium banana shake... I got all the way home to find out that I got a small peanut butter one....uck. I tried to call the store and they don't answer the phone. I called corporate customer service and complained to them and they told me the store should call me back within 24 hours....no such thing.

Ordered my food. Paid on the screen with my card. The carhop brings my food out and then wanted my card again.. I refused. Why would they just not go get the receipt. Terrible service. This is specifically the sonic in rossville Georgia 30741
