Been having a great time with their Sonic Pro! This gives a great clean with my retainers, and I have recommended it to family and friends! The tablets are nice to use as well.

Take it with me everywhere I go now, and I’m considering the Sonic Go as well for travel as it looks awesome. Best part is they actually sterilize it unlike other options on the market. So glad I chose this innovative brand!

Unfortunately, despite buying the sonic pod and tablet bundle weeks ago, only the pod was delivered. After reaching out to the support team numerous times, I have been told this is for a variety of reasons from auditing to excess demand. I have also been provided with new estimated ship dates which seem to keep extending. As they state in the pod instructions not to use any other type of tablet, I've still not been able to use the product and wish I'd have bought from Zima or other supplier who's reviews seem more positive. It looks as though quite few people have had similar issues over over a long period of time so I'd avoid this company and go elsewhere.
