Sonic Dental has outstanding customer service. I discovered that I had inadvertently omitted the house number from my shipping address, causing my order to get lost in transit. Grace at Sonic was very quick to respond to my inquiries, provided tracking info, and ultimately arranged for a replacement to be shipped to me free of charge. It's so refreshing to be able to make contact with a company who cares about their customers - even for customer-caused problems.

Tablet pizzaz!
The tablets just add that pizzaz to the cleaning process! They fizz away for a bit, then you add your retainers and turn on the device. The finished product comes out sparkling! And the tablets smell nice, too.

False advertisement
Over a period of a couple of weeks or more I repeatedly saw ads from Sonic offering a 40% discount on their sonic pro. A few times I followed the link in the ad but there was never a 40% discount in their offered price.
I emailed the company, to which they responded saying that that promotion had finished. I replied that, finished or not they were being dishonest if they didn't honour their own ad. I subsequently got offers of a 20% and later a 25% discount, but that doesn't address the fact of their promising something that they were not prepared to fulfill.

The ad you’re referring to was originally part of our Black Friday campaign. You can usually tell from the ad name itself, which includes “Black Friday.” Unfortunately, old ads and pages can continue to appear online long after a promotion has ended, as content is cached and shared across different platforms.
That said, the ad itself referred to up to 40% off across the website, not necessarily 40% off every single product. We still have products discounted by 40% or more, so the message of the ad is still accurate at a site-wide level – just not always on every item at the same time.
The price shown on our website is always our live, current offer, and we don’t change it after checkout or hide fees. We also work very hard to keep our pricing the most competitive on the market for this type of product – our Sonic Pro is the best-selling ultrasonic + UV-C cleaner in the world, and we constantly benchmark against competitors to make sure our pricing stays fair.
When you contacted us, our team tried to help by offering additional discounts where possible, even though the original Black Friday promotion had already ended. I’m sorry that this still felt disappointing, as that was never our intention.

Sonic Dental - Excellent product and use all the time...
I recently moved to Australia and selected a new dentist; part of our initial conversation was maintaining my mouth guard which I have had for many years; the recommendation was to look into a sonic cleaner due to get a better clean and more hygienic. I researched units and selected the Sonic Dental and am very pleased with my selection; excellent in not only cleaning my mouth guard, but also the electric toothbrush 'head'. I kept the toothbrush head clean (I thought), but cleaning it that first time shocked me, and from that point onwards, I clean both the mouth guard and toothbrush head every time, and am very satisfied that they are clean every time. Quality product with great options
I have been looking for a good way to clean my night guard, especially as I prepare to get a new one. I have been looking at Sonic Dental and I really like the different options of cleaners they have. I kept watching and their positive reviews kept coming and increasing so during the Christmas sale I took the plunge.
I am so happy I did, the delivery was very timely and the unit was in a sturdy, pretty box that was packaged really well. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. Setup couldn’t be easier!
I was extremely happy with how clean my very old guard was within just a couple cleanings!
Overall this is a quality device and I will continue to purchase through them.

Great Invention!
This sonic cleaner with UV sterilization is a game changer! After only 2 treatments, it took years of calcium buildup off my anti-snoring retainer! Thanks for inventing this necessary device! Looking forward to using it on my electric toothbrush heads.
