I've had a good experience with Songtrust. The charts are easy to understand and the website is useful. I appreciate the continuing education courses they send out on various topics as well. I plan to stay Songtrust. One thing I would like to see improved is that it takes about three months for songs to be fully approved after I submit them with all the metadata. That process could and should be faster especially since I have already submitted and had the same songs accepted by ASCAP.
