Regarding the ASCAP number, we require your IPI number (which is assigned by your PRO) to correctly identify you as a songwriter and ensure your royalties aren't sent to someone with a similar name. As for the emails, we apologize for the confusion. Sometimes our system can take a moment to sync up after you’ve made an update, which can trigger a follow-up email even if you've already completed the task. Although we see you've successfully added songs to your Songtrust account since leaving this review, we want to reiterate that you can register songs that aren't on Spotify by using our manual entry option. When you are on the "Add Recording" page, simply click the "Manual" tab at the top. This allows you to paste your ISRC code (which you can retrieve from your distributor) directly without needing a Spotify link. This ensures your recording is properly linked for royalty collection.
