Avoid SongTrust
SongTrust advertises collection and direct deposit of your royalties as an independent artist. I have been with SongTrust since Sept '20 and am yet to receive a royalty payment. I am currently owed in excess of $1k USD, I have sent 15+ emails without resolution. SongTrust staff do not respond, I would not recommend this company.

Hi there and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Unfortunately, the publishing timeline can feel like a waiting game. Due to pay sources each working on their own timeline globally, once songs are added to your Songtrust account, it can take about 12 months until you can expect your first royalty payment from us, assuming your songs are earning. At the time of this review, it looks like you were around the 10 month point. Hopefully now you have begun seeing a steady flow of royalties!
