STAY AWAY, THIS IS FRAUD!!!
WHAT EVER YOU DO, STAY AWAY & IF YOU DON’T YOU WILL REGRET IT!! This company is clearly committing some sort of financial fraud and ripping artists off. I’ve had nothing but the worst experience after signing up with them. They are incapable of registering songs correctly, don’t collect in the territories they claim they do, don’t respond, don’t update you and most of all it’s happening to A-LOT of people. This is a scam and I’m owed thousands of dollars, which I doubt I’ll ever see until they get hit with a class action law suit. It’s one of my life’s biggest regrets, don’t be fooled and go with a legitimate company that can work for you not against you. The whole company are morons.

I’m sorry to hear that you've had issues in terms of your songs been registered correctly and in the territories you are expecting. We sincerely apologize that this has been your experience with Songtrust so far and hope that you'll give us the chance to turn things around for you. Keep in mind, the general song registration process - once song reach royalty activity thresholds - can take up to about a year, depending on global societies' individual timelines. In addition, Songtrust registers clients' works in territories where they are specific earning royalties globally. For example, if your songs are not yet earning royalties in South Africa, we do not register your work with our societies partners CAPASSO and SAMRO in South Africa.
