This provider really pays attention to details and provides appropriate insight with intention and care. He is very responsive and follow through with his plan of care.

I had an issue with billing & insurance (btw - their insurance rate is crazy high compared to self-pay). I contacted them 3 times to discuss before my bill was submitted. Twice, I never heard back. On the third, I got a message that it was assigned a case number after over 2 weeks. 2 more weeks later, no update. They of course did issue & charge the invoice, though. They simply don't seem to care about users on the platform. I also had technical issues with the platform. When I reached out to support on that issue, they responded within a day with support that was not very helpful. I moved to a different platform. It's horrible when a platform designed to support mental health provides such frustrating experiences.
