The therapist I was connected with was fantastic and I think he could have really helped me to deal with my issues, but Sondermind stood directly in the path of any progress. Firstly, my insurance, which I was assured was accepted, rejected the claim, saying it was submitted incorrectly. I contacted SonderMind twice, both times being met with a total lack of communication. Not one of my queries was EVER responded to, leaving me with a $290+ bill for a single session. The therapist I was working with also reached out to SonderMind and never received a response. Many of the other reviews I've read reflect this same experience, a total lack of care or compassion for their...I don't think they look at them as patents...so, I'll just say revenue streams.

We were a great match from the beginning. Everything has been great and helpful in my sessions with her. I absolutely recommend Sondermind.

I logged on but I never was connected. No one told me how to work this process and once I did get connected I was never connected to the counselor.
