My doctor has been very responsive and understanding. I appreciate his opinions on mental health medication.

Excellent session. Process oriented, direct. Clear goals and path to get there

I was scheduled and confirmed for an appointment on Sunday at 10:30. Immediately after being scheduled I get a message from the provider saying he doesn’t work on Sundays. I replied asking when he was available? Got no response. Sent another message asking about his ability to prescribe a controlled substance (as I need to be able to continue my medication through this service), also got no response. The 10:30 session is still scheduled for tomorrow Sunday May 10th. I will not be logging on since I don’t know if the provider will be there or not and I’m not going to waste any of my time on Mother’s Day.

Now this is probably one of the best if not the best teleheath psychiatry sites out there. My provider is so nice and actually cares about her patients unlike some other sites who care about Uncle Sam and his family The Benjamins! Great Customer Service too! Highly recommend!!! Especially Dr. Rashaud-Evans

The worst psychological practitioner I’ve ever met. Bad communication and didn’t say she had a zero policy for prescribing anti-anxiety medication even after finding that they are in my care plan and misleading. I was suffering from intense bipolar mania causing 3 days of sleep deprivation and considering going to be check into a hospital like my doctor friends suggested, she just recommended chamomile tea……… she should lose her license.

Donna is a great listener and a person who knows how to pause and let the one being counseled talk. She is one that truly has sound advise.
