Therapist was late to both sessions we had with her and seemed distracted and texting during the sessions. To top it off they didn’t submit the claim to my insurance and took the full amount of 100+ dollars off my card on file. I do not recommend

My therapist makes me feel like I matter. She’s prompt, insightful, asks thoughtful and thought provoking questions and has great recall and follow-up. After years of searching for a therapist to partner with in my mental health journey, I finally found her! And she’s awesome.

The therapists were really nice, and I got along pretty well with them. The only thing that was a bit of a deal breaker was that I was supposed to see my therapist once a week but only ended up seeing her once or twice a month if I was lucky because she kept canceling. I know she is a person with her own issues going on but I wasn’t in a very good place mentally and I needed to talk to someone and she wasn’t there.

Terri Conley is very easy to speak with! She's sincerely compassionate and honest and trustworthy. I became very lucky when I chose her as my counselor! I highly recommend her!
