I need to know/have suggestions of how to move on. How do I let go of the past and the present(which might never or take a long time to change) for the positive? What questions or mindset do I ask self?

The first time I went through Sondermind, several years ago, I had to battle their billing department for months after the continually double billed me for the services I received. This time it's worse! Fast forward 5 or so years later and they are a NIGHTMARE! Do they earn their money through sales??? I'm guessing so, due to my current experience. I was referred to them by my primary care doctor. I think they use Sondermind, only because there are no other options. Within a day or two of my referral, I got no less than 4 phone calls from Sondermind, to try to get me scheduled with a therapist. I was not in a rush, so I was holding off on contacting them. In the meantime, less than a week after my doctor referred me to Sondermind, I got an email from them telling me that I had an appointment with one of their therapists. How weird, I thought, since I had not even spoken to anyone there! When I called to tell them to take my appointment off their schedule, the lady who took my call(after being on hold for more than 7 minutes) apologized profusely and promised to have it removed. Two days later, I got another reminder of this appointment that I never made. I got them via email and via text.... And this all continued to go on, until I finally had to block all my text messages, calls and emails from Sondermind. DO NOT USE THEM! They will ignore you, double bill you, and they obviously have no interest in you or your mental health - only in your money!!

It was family therapy. SHe allowed us to be honest with each other. I think it will be helpful both my sister and I, and especially between our relationship with each other.
