What made it great for me today was
What made it great for me today was. 1- Quick response back to my email on thursday..2- was able to see me as well today...3- made me aware of ,what might be causing my new issue. That I was trying to figure out on my own... I feel really comfortable, talking to Ms.Hellman and always feel at ease with her..4- the ease at scheduling A time,is definitely great as well...So far I am very pleased,with the organization.

no one knows what they are doing in billing
I have been trying to schedule an appointment with a provider and you site kept telling me to call the 800 number. When I call, I was told that there wasn't anything holding me up from scheduling. I got an email stating that my account was ready to schedule my appt and yet again I run into the error message that says I cannot schedule that appointment. Only on my 3rd attempt to reach out did I find out that my payment didn't charge to the card I had on file and I owed $30. Which is ridiculous that no one knew that and NO ONE reached out to let me know that my payment didn't go through. It's been months since I reached out to my provider directly to schedule an appointment and couldn't get one. I'm sorry, but this is not the way to handle people with mental health issues. It has been exhausting just to get an appointment and very hard for me to keep trying with my mental health issues. I recommend you put in the error message that there is an outstanding balance and you need to contact billing. You took an oath to do no harm and all you have done was harm me.
