The Therapist was listed as a "christian" therapist. She repeatedly told us to separate; which is completely NOT the goal of counseling for us. This was discussed in the beginning of our sessions. After a few sessions we were not receiving positive help so we decided to stop and told her. This was in June.There was also several times we had been waiting for the link for appointments we had made and she never showed for the appointments. She claimed that she had cancelled with Sondermind and they were supposed to tell us and they didn't. In October Sondermind took $104.00 from our account without authorization. They allege it was for an appointment 7-17-23. We had stopped with her before our anniversary 7-7-23. They refuse to return our money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I specifically wanted to be connected to an in person provider, which I made clear in the questionnaire, but I had nothing but online ones instead. That's how I know they don't have your best interests in mind.

Anna Copeland is caring, compassionate, and understanding. She encouraged me to recognize trigger points, and ideas to organize my thoughts.

I was paired originally with 3 counselors after indicating my specific needs. I could immediately tell those 3 were not for me. I indicated that on the website. I was sent 3 more without having to give a reason or anything. I selected my current counselor. The ability to have a session over video chat from where I physically am located has been exactly what i needed. I have made huge strides in my mental health in just a few months. The video chat and messaging on the app is flawless. I recommend Sondermind to anyone seeking counseling.

My experiences with Sonder Mind have been exceptional. The therapist has always been professional, interactive and educational to me. She and I found common grounds and our conversations of my experiences have been very insightful and eye opening for me. She has helped me through my own sharing to see what I needed to learn about my self and how my own experiences have influenced my current circumstances.

Good for me. Hopefully will continue to make progress.

Shonda makes easier to open up and she knows how to calm me down.

I love my therapist Beth Lohman! She very understandable and easy to talk to! Sometimes people need just a talk with someone to feel better. And this someone will be the Therapist! You don’t have to think that it is something bad if you started to seeing therapist, it is not, and if you just will make a first step, you will understand it!
