Schedule at your own risk hoping you have no emergency happen day of appointment
Beware of any emergencies that may arise such as getting sick, family, work etc that lead you to have to cancel same day of appointment. You will be charged a hefty fee. A therapist can cancel if they have an emergency with no repercussions but a client can't. I understand charging a fee after perhaps second or third cancelation but to be charged a hefty fee your very first time is ridiculous. I had an appointment with two different therapists on same day. One charged a hefty fee the other did not. When I reached out to company I was told that they can do as they please when it comes to canceling withing 24hrs. So you can't have no emergency come up or else you will be charged. I never even started with the therapist to begin with and after that experience I chose not to reschedule with her or anyone else that is connected to Sondermind. If I could give zero stars I would have. Response to reply: I did reach out and I was told that it stands as far as cancelation fee. That there was nothing that could be done to change that. So reaching out does nothing to help a client.
